Conduction is passing through heat energy through contact.

Thermal conductor: can pass on heat e.g metals and stones.

Thermal insulator: Does not pass on heat e.g curtains and blankets.

Tea bag rockets:

The tea bags became hot and lighter and then when the particles cooled down it became heavier.
