Forensics - Weekly Reflection

Why do we need forensic science? People may ask that question, probably not but still, people may want to know so I'm here to tell you why forensic science is crucial to crime scenes.

Forensic science is crucial in solving cases almost all of the time when the police come to a conclusion it's because of forensics that made them lead to their final statement. Forensic science can trace perpetrators on numerous things like leftover hair, skin cells, and fingerprints.

Fingerprints are a good source of information as no one has the same fingerprints but they do already have to be in the system. Skin cells are another really good way of working it out as most of the time the victim would fight back and the perpetrators' skin cells would be under his fingernails. Forensic scientists' jobs all do with crime scenes e.g murders, robbery, or kidnappings.

So if it weren't for forensic scientists a lot of the world's cases would still be unsolved.
